About

I am currently a postdoc fellow in Astrophysics at the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics in Toronto. There, I study the evolution of disk galaxies, using the Milky Way as a model organism at the interface between cosmological simulations and observations of external galaxies. How did the Milky Way disk form and evolve? What is the impact of the bar on the evolution of the Milky Way stellar disk? How about the spiral arms, and the satellites?.
